Frequently asked questions
Which pens and tablets work?
Any pen that reports pressure through the system: Wacom tablets and pen displays, Surface Pen and other Windows Ink pens, Samsung S Pen and other Android styluses, and Apple Pencil on iPad. A mouse or finger works too, without pressure.
Where are my drawings saved?
On your device. Wheelbase autosaves your current drawing every few seconds, and you can save a project file (.wbs) or export a 300 DPI PNG wherever you like. Kids mode saves pictures to a Wheelbase Kids folder in Pictures or your gallery.
I lost a drawing. Can I get it back?
When you next open Pro mode, Wheelbase offers to recover the last autosaved drawing. We never have a copy of your drawings, so we can't restore them from our side.
How do I restore my purchases on a new device?
Sign in with the same store account (Google Play, Apple ID or Microsoft account) and use Restore purchases. If you made a Wheelbase account, signing in also restores them.
How do I cancel a subscription?
In your store: Google Play → Payments & subscriptions; on iPad, Settings → your name → Subscriptions; Microsoft Store → Account → Manage subscriptions. Deleting the app doesn't cancel it.
How do I get a refund?
The store you bought from handles refunds. Google Play and the Microsoft Store have refund request pages, and Apple uses reportaproblem.apple.com. If you're stuck, email us and we'll help.
The wheels don't line up with my sketch.
Open the Wheels tab and use Fit, then fine-tune Rotation, Eye height and Lens. The View chips (Side, Front ¾ low and so on) are good starting points.
Is Kids mode safe for my child?
Yes. It has no ads, no chat and no accounts, and collects no personal information. Purchases and outside links need a grown-up. See the Kids Privacy Notice.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the Delete your account page.
